spoke to mei chern ytd and i really find her a very gd boss. my initiate impression of her was really kns but after the conversation with her ytd, i feel so gd and feel that watever im doing now is not those dumb and shit work. she boost my spirit further! suddenly dun have the "I cant stand here anymore, I want to quit!!" feeling, isnt that a gd news?

what i'm asking for is just guidance to improve current job, know the direction to work towards and gain more knowledge. simple rite? im able to take it if the workload is like a mountain and not keep on do data entry stuff and admin work. I dun like and no value add at all!

anyway shall see how things go first and decide wat to do next.
