how sensitive you are towards customer service? What will you do if their customer service level did not meet your expectation?

I guess for most Singaporeans will complaint ba. haha. life in the service line is not easy, you have to be at all times ensure that you are properly dress, you used the right tone and words when communicating to the customers, the advertisement and website information have to be correct at all times etc etc etc cos you never know when a typical Singaporean will complaint. seriously, i do empathize those in the service line, especially those in the customer service department answering complaints/feedback/calls from the customers. on the other hand, if the frontline staff did not screw up, i doubt customers will complaint at all.
