today when i reached home, i saw 1 parcel and 1 letter on my bed. was pretty surprise to see the parcel sent by tcc. they actually mailed a 2008 diary with nice packaging(box)to their customer.... hahaha din really expect to receive that, such a great cs. haha!!

feel so happy to receive the letter but at the same time super pissed with australia post. arghhhhh they damage the envelope and christmas card that ah en send!!! arghhhh how can they do that... alamak... one of the top was torn too. omg!!! how can such things happen. haiz... anyway was really happy to receive the card. hehehe thanks!!!
