dunno wat happen i seemed to have hooked to read the articles publish from the Wall Street Journal. they seem to have quite a handful interesting article everyday. imagine im those that dun like to read yet can get hook, this mean e articles definitely have to be interesting if not how can e article attract my attention. haha feel like ordering e paper but hor 1 copy $2.50 abit too X le lar.

as i was flipping through the papers to source for the articles that sin han want, i happen to saw this particular article "Managing What's cooking..." from Wall Street Journal. normally those interesting headline will attract my attention and prompt me to read further. this article is not about cooking method etc, rather it's abt team building activity that some companies are using for ice-breaking. normally those ice-breaking activities are remembering names, self intro or outdoor activities blah blah those boring type lar. this company uses cooking to break ice and build bond. interesting rite? imagine a group who have never meet each other before and may not even have any cooking skill, have to come together and cook 1 dish and eat that together.

Quoted from the article:
"The art of making a meal - eating it together - can be a more effective for team-building than an outdoor retreat, which often proves too strenuous for some or favors the physically fit."
"When you've got teams of people all working with the same resourses and each team has to create leadership, communication, coordination and manage everyone's diverse skills and they get a very clear, unambiguous outcome: the food..."
