here's the post of the day.... hahahaha have been feeling very tired n exhausted... keep on have headache... sob sob i think maybe bcos i dun have enough slp ba... so now I have to start fighting for time to kun!!!! yeah!!! heeee
Today early in e morning feel so sian dun like to go to work at all.... monday blues!!! hahaha then reach gillette have to start doing filing that 1 stack of documents... follow by help jeannie type in her performance development progress appraisal form into the spreadsheet..... seriously i dun like to type their PDP form so many pages so many words so many figures hahaha then everytime took me 2 to 3+hr to complete it... then everytime i will always make mistakes de wahahaha cos everything have to be exactly e same as the hardcopy de... so mafan!!! today suppose to meet up wif my LO but she last min cannot come cos she got something on so postone to thur.. after work went to hougang mall NTUC buy some snacks so that i can bring to gillette to eat... though they got provide, i still prefer to bring my own de.... hahaha
so b4 i online i took a short nap... when i wake up i suddenly have alot of thoughts in mind... i begin to wonder am i demandind alot from gillette? in terms of the work load the type of task they give me do?? actually my ans is yes... i suddenly feel that im demanding alot wor... im not their permanent staff n im just been there for less than 3 wks yet im demanding alot from them... cos i keep on say they give me those simple task like filing, shred papers those administrative stuff and sometimes i have nth to do at all... actually bcos of having this kind of mentality i dun have the right attitude of going there work, dun have the commitment for gillette... keep on think they didnt make full use of me and im simply just wasting my time there... seriously after giving much thoughts, filing n shredding of papers may sound as a simple task but by doing those things I have reach a state where i have better undersanding of gillette. For example, filing, may sound simple but i dun file documents blindly i sometimes will read the documents either throughly or just glance through it i sort of understand wat gillette's expectation towards their employees... i sort of understand e purpose of having the performance appraisal e purpose may not sound simple as it is i feel that there is more to it than just for promotion purpose only, it is aso a way gillette use to retain top talented employees and there's more to it... shredding of confidential documents may sound even more simple but while i shred those papers i do read e content from there i began to noe their strategies blah blah.... hahaha actually i quite surprise to have understand so much when e past few days i have been complainting gillette not making full use of me.... hahaha now i feel that even though simple tasks like administrative work can bring alot of facts underlying it. its just up to u whether u want to go discover it anot....
